I made this for Easter. I whipped up some coconut "whipped cream" for the top, along with some toasted coconut. OMG!! If you need an impressive dessert, make this. I used a pre-made graham cracker crust and even so, it was sublime. Especially the next day, so if you have time, chill over night. But, really, WOW. If people knew we ate food like this, everybody would become vegan.
