Why is it $9.45 total for six polishes? Most of the reviews say they're awful, but I wouldn't expect chunky glitter to go on easily or dry fast.

i was all, "should i grade these papers after this long stressful crappy day, or should i do a mani/pedi?" and then we all know what happened.

currently in progress: butter london victoriana. i've seen lots of cute turquoise pedis lately and i'm jumping on the train.

I've been wondering about Kleancolor. But haven't seen many reviews of it. If you do buy it, please let us know how it holds up.

looks to me like you linked it correctly, so it probably is your source. Try flickr or photobucket or similar?

Are you seeing a photo or a broken img graphic? Maybe I need to reboot.

in nail related news: NOTD is BL Old Bill with Matte Top Coat. I love matte topcoat over metaillics so much more than cremes.

KleanColor polishes smell like death, despite being 3-free, and you have to dab on the chunky glitters instead of just painting them on, but they dry fine with a fast dry topcoat on top. I have a pretty extensive KleanColor collection. They're always super cheap too, beautyjoint.com has them for $1.75 a piece. The KleanColor metallic line is supposed to be awesome for stamping with, but I haven't bought any to try out yet.

i'm by no means a manicure master, but here is the mani i did today: zoya caitlin with wet 'n wild kaleidoscope on accent nails. base coat was orly bonder and top coat was the barry m 3-in-1 i bought last year in the u.k. love it!

Fork you, Chanel. Diwali is, indeed, a gorgeous color. I've liked it since I bought it as Kaleidoscope. Grrrrr.

It's not a perfect dupe: Diwali is lighter and brighter and has a slightly different texture (more like Graphite than a perfectly smooth foil), but in many different lights or angles, they are hard to tell apart. Nobody really needs them both, especially when Diwali was $37 (with shipping). If they at least sold this in stores, it would be cheaper and easier to make an informed decision.

I guess it's good news for the people trying to find K at exorbitant eBay prices. I think I'll seal my bottle back up, put it in the box and sell it on eBay later.

Aww sorry :( Since I'm cool-toned, which do you think would look better on me--Diwali or Graphite?

Well Graphite is a definite cool charcoal grey. It looks exactly like the super shiny, sparkly museum quality graphite mineral specimens!

Diwali is a silvery-gold. It is still a gold of sorts, but the silvery aspect helps it remain more neutral.

Graphite is definitely more flattering on me, but if you want a gold, Diwali is very wearable. But, it's $37. I've heard that Dior Timeless Gold may be a dupe. I'm sure there are dupes. I highly doubt Diwali is worth $37. If you could buy it at a counter for $25, I'd say it's a great color, but yeesh.

My mom actually saw a difference. She liked Kaleidoscope better because it's darker and has more depth, but she said she supposes there is a purpose for both. Did my mom just enable me?
