My partner has a bike - I'm just a passenger, for now anyway. I'm dying for some chaps. Partly because I want to be able to wear shorts or thin pants and still feel safe, and partly because they're sexy!

I found this unfinished site: http://www.veganmotorcyclist.com/gear.htm

It only suggests this company: http://www.coloradochaps.com/custom_made_chaps.html

Which doesn't look terrible, but it's not exactly what I had in mind.

I want something like this http://www.kaboodle.com/reviews/womens-bombshell-chaps - but vegan, obviously.

There has to be sexy vegan chaps out there, somewhere! Any help?

Probably not sexy ones, but I've seen lots of carbon fiber chaps at nth the Hond sports dealer and the Harley dealer. Safe, but not that hawt.

These perhaps? http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/3/ ... Chaps.aspx

(I have my doubts about the protection they'd offer but if it makes you feel better...)

Thanks, Eric! Those aren't bad. I found someone on Etsy that makes custom chaps and I noticed some of her materials are pleather and faux suede. Like you said, probably not extremely safe, but better than nothing.
