So, I didn't realize Tarte's Lights, Camera, Lashes! isn't vegan, but I love that stuff. I was looking up the ingredients just now, and I'm sad because I thought stearic acid always came from plant or synthetic sources... It sucks because I was so super happy that it didn't have carmine in it.

I just ordered Mosscara, so we'll see how that goes. I didn't realize how many mascaras have carmine in it. My grandfather's middle name was Carmine. I feel like I should have been aware!

Awesome, I've been sitting here despairing over the prospect of having to pay a fortune to order from overseas. Don't know why I hadn't thought of the Cruelty Free Shop.

Inika's mascara is vegan too, it's great.

I use the Korres one currently and like it a lot. I guess Manic Panic has a vegan one now too? All ELF ones are vegan as well and cheap, but are nothing to write home about.

Another one I just thought of is Suncoat, it's good for sensitive people. I used to use it and liked it a lot.

I just get bored and always have to try something new.

i just want one that sticks to my lashes , makes them visible, and can do that without having to take a second mortgage out on my house.

I can't get vegan mascara around here, it's so frustrating. I don't really have the money to pay to ship mascara either. Stupid carmine!

I order mine from Vegan Essentials. Even when I pay for shipping it's cheaper than paying $31.50 at the local Planet Organic store. Plus, then I use it as an excuse to order other vegan stuff. I love Vegan Essentials.
