I've been looking at the nail polish and other products at Forever 21 and they seem to have the same ingredients as e.l.f. products. Would anyone happen to know if they are vegan?
Or, does anyone know if the Ulta-brand nail polish is vegan?

This thread reminded me to check my email since I had sent one to forever 21 asking this question. And I don't think are, they sent me a message saying they are trying "to meet the standards of PETA and that they have beautiful apparel that is fur free."
so even though the ingredients are the same, elf must use the synthetic ones that usually contain animal byproducts.
