I am not going to spend $100 on a perfume I cannot smell nor will I ask my boyfriend too. It would be nice if there were samples.

Yes, this! Thanks, sharky! They're one of the few drugstore brands I can find here. (And I had no idea they had haircare stuff! Will be looking for that!)

Has anyone gotten eyelid dermatitis from mascara? The only thing new I have been using is mascara and my lids on the outside corners have been swollen and crusty. However my mom's friend has the same thing going on and my mom thinks it's air related....

So my friend just linked me this, it's her friends company that just started and it's vegan pressed shadows
http://www.darlamakeup.com/peepers/

There's a 40% off coupon code on their facebook page too. I think I'm gonna check the shadows out.

Is there a vegan foundation I would be able to buy at Walgreens or a similar drug or grocery store?

I am out of my Urban Decay mineral stuff and my skin is a disaster and I don't have time to get to Sephora today, though if you guy have recommendation for that I can probably go tomorrow.

Ok apparently Bare Minerals stuff is vegan, as well as Wet n Wild...anyone have any experience with either of those?

I'm not too picky about ownership of companies and such but I know some here are but I believe Bare Escentuals is owned by Shiseido.

I used it quite a few years ago but honestly, I thought it was a bit overpriced for similar, more inexpensive brands could offer.

what is a gentle and non-irritating makeup remover that i can use to get 'my face' off? i have been using the ELF wipes for years but i am thinking that they are irritating my eyelid eczema, because an hour after removing my makeup my lids are swollen and puffy.

i wear a lot of black liner and mascara, so the remover needs to work wonders! i have tried olive oil and it made my lids and eye feel heavy and vision blurry for awhile after using it. right now i am using 7th generation baby wipes which are not moist enough but do not cause irritation.

you could try a rinse off cleansing oil, they have ingredients in them that make them emulsify with water. I use one from Garden of Wisdom, but Josie Maran makes a vegan one too, and there are a bunch more online if you search.

OCC Creme Colour Concentrates. Strangely, they have more shades available at Sephora than they do on their own website.

Also, OCC makes a mixer that you can use to turn powder shadow into cream.

awesome. i was really interested in the taupe color, and now i'm going to head over to sephora and see what else they have. that mixer sounds good for using some of my loose mineral shadows which can be a pain with the fallout.

As far as I know, you can only get the mixer via the OCC website...just in case Sephora's a long trip for you.:)

they're actually my favourite lipsticks, and last better than ones I have from MAC, Lorac, and Make Up For Ever.

YAY, I can get them here! Even the red ones are vegan? Now to try and choose a colour...

Thierry Mugler Alien is my favorite perfume ever. I know it's CF, but I haven't checked to see if it's vegan. If it is, which I'm about to email t o find out, you should try it, every single time I wear it someone asks me what it is, and that it smells amazing. The only perfumes that smell better to me are Bond No 9, and those are vegan and CF, but ridiculously expensive. Like make me cry expensive.

Oooh, maybe I should look into their fragrances. I don't want Angel, my mum used to wear it and I never liked it, but some of the others sound nice. Do you know if they sell in China? I'm about to email them, but thought I'd ask :)
