I feel like I've turned over every rock. My friend is getting married and has asked us bridesmaids to get navy satin heels for the wedding. She's shorter than me and not wearing much of a heel, so I don't want to wear anything over 2.5". I cannot BELIEVE how difficult it is to find a shoe like this without leather. Basically I'm trying to find this shoe without a leather sole: http://www.zappos.com/rsvp-buddee-navyAnyone? Suggestions? Have a pair I could borrow for a day?

Are you in the US? Have you tried pay less? They also have the shoes you can dye?
What size are you?

What size are you? Years ago I ordered dyeable shoes from Payless. While the shoes on display in the store didn't have leather soles, the ones that came in for my order did (and it was a lousy dye job).

Strange, if you look on their website, they specifically have a section for vegan shoes. I wonder if Payless ordered the wrong shoe.

What size are you? I am in the US - I looked at the payless website and found it disappointing. Also, I thought I heard that the dyeable shoes will turn your feet colors? And do you receive the shoe already dyed or do you have to DIY? And I have big ol' feet, size 9-9.5. I'll give it another look though, thanks!

It was a different process than the typical dyeable shoe order. Normally you bring them a swatch that they match, but at Payless they only had a small catalog of colors to choose from--they don't dye to match a swatch (at least, they didn't in 2004).
