Does anyone have them? I'm mostly wondering if sizing is accurate, especially if any women own any of the men's styles. I'm looking at a couple different pairs, one men's and one women's.

The men's sizes are accurate. I don't know about the women's...
I've had a couple of pairs and I do really like them.

I've had a few pairs of MacBeth's. I think I've only had men's sized ones and I'm pretty sure they ran small. I remember having to size up from a men's 8 (i wear a women's 10), but it was a few years ago...
Check Zappos. They usually have reviews of the fit of the shoes.

I have two pairs of women's. I find one to be more narrow than the other, though they are the same model. I have kinda wide feet, so I'd say they're pretty true to size.

I had a pair of men's Macbeths and I also had to size up by 1/2 or 1 size, can't remember which.

So if I'm ordering men's shoes, and I wear a women's 8.5, what size do you guys think I should order? I always just try shiitake on, but I don't think any stores have the ones I'm interested in.

Hi there! I sell shoes, and I own a pair of macbeths, so I can help you. A men's size 7 would probably be a good fit for you. They used to do separate men's and women's sizes, but they stopped for some reason, which makes me mad. But yeah, get a 7.

Mine were smaller than I thought they'd be, but I'm not very good at these things.

Zappos does free return shipping, but having to return things makes me grumpy. I'm looking at these three. The first two are the same style in different colors/materials, and they're both men's. The third is a women's pair.

In case you do decide to get a pair of Macbeths in the future, I wear a women's 8.5W and I buy Macbeth Manchesters in a men's 7M. I really like them.

I really like my Sauconys! They were comfortable immediately, didn't even need to be broken in.
I may still try some Macbeths in the future just to switch it up.
