so the 90s scent is no longer in use from what i gather. i remember the smell though! the only idea i had was taking a unscented shampoo/conditioner and adding a herbal essence like scent. a quick google search (herbal essence type oil) and you will have options.

I totally remember that 90s scent! It was AMAZING!

missmuffcake has good advice--the best smelling shampoos I've used have been adding fragrant oils to unscented shampoo. I have no idea what oils would mimic that herbal essence smell though. It was so distinct and probably the result of a million chemicals. Amazing chemicals.

there are scented oils for cosmetic use that already smell like the classic smell. just need to google them.

Truly opaque liquid eyeliner in marker form.

WnW's appears to be vegan but is awful. ELF doesn't have a marker, which is all I am capable of using. I'm willing to pay large for such a luxury but I can't even tell for sure what expensive companies are vegan anymore. Help meeee!

I haven't tried any of them so I don't know about opacity but Milani has a few liquid eyeliner markers. http://milanicosmetics.com/vegan.html

Physician's Formula has a felt tip pen one I like a lot, though it's a bit more liquid/slower to dry than I would constitute a standard marker. I have it in Ultra Black http://www.physiciansformula.com/en-us/ ... 07365.html

I am embarrassed to admit I have not heard of Milani, but apparently that is a drugstore brand? Oops. Looks like I better hit up CVS soon! Thank you!
(Also, can all vegan-friendly brands have a vegan list like that? Amazing.)

elf does have a marker - a thin tipped one in the $1 section of the line.

Just a heads up, some of the products on that link only certain shades are vegan, so you'll want to click through and check. If you click the individual color you're interested in you'll get a popup, and if it's vegan it'll say so in parenthesis. If it's on that linked list page, and you click through and there's only one shade then there won't be the popup, but if those products with only one shade are listed on the linked vegan page (like some of the eyeliners, and the mascaras) then they're good.

I had to register just to give my 2c here! Too Faced 3 Way Lash Lining Tool!

It's a bit of weird marker since it's got three prongs but it truly is easy to use, the liner stays all day, and the markers last me forever, ~6 months.
