anyone know of any holiday cards for sale that help raise money for animal rights, etc., but aren't too in-your-face? I want some to send to family members and don't want to come across as all weirdo vegan.

The ASPCA cards are pretty cute and they don't say anything about animal rights or whatever, they're just holiday-themed photos of animals. (Click "view larger image" to see all the cards.) You can also search on Etsy for sellers who are members of Etsy for Animals. All the members are sellers who donate a portion of their proceeds to animal-related causes. You can find stuff from these sellers by searching for "team efa" or "team_efa" along with your query (e.g. "team_efa holiday card").

I forgot to mention the MSPCA, a nice option if you want to support something local.
