Whatever you want it to be! I think that's kind of the fun of themes that are more open to interpretation.

Winter - the pic is pretty washed out and doesn't do it justice. The accent nail is China Glaze Refreshmint with a "snowflake" and the rest are the CG color sponged on over white, with a little holo glitter sponged on over that. I think it came out pretty cool... irl it looks icy/frosty.

Love it!

Oh, that sounds lovely! I have Hen Party too and I'm never sure what to layer it over.

I'd like to do this but I haven't anything that looks wintery since I *just* threw away some old bluish iridescent stuff. It was getting gloppy. I'm totally loving everyone else's though! I especially love the snowflake nails.

i did zoya in yummy with mosheen over top. it's more eastery than wintery. if i pick it all off before saturday, i'll just do mosheen by itself. i love the iciness of it. yummy is pretty, but it's more smurf than winter.

Thanks for all the compliments. :) I saw a version of the idea online and just tweaked it to work with what I had, but I was pretty pleased with how it came out.

These are my winter nails.
I did a sponge gradient with ChG red satin, and a couple kleancolor polishes (burgundy and black).
Our "winter" has sucked since early January, having 82-78 deg. highs. I hate it, I like cold weather <3 haha.

Is there a color/theme for next week? I have to do my nails tonight and can't decide what to do...

I went with new colors all month, since I don't have anything white or wintery.

None of these are my pics, but this month I wore:
Seven Sisters - Color Me Monthly

And my 3 Zoyas from the most recent promotion: Ki, Sailor, and on my toes, for a bit of spring, Pippa

Yeah, I kind of spaced last week because my nails actually held up for a whole week. V-day it is! And if you hate V-day, anti-V-Day.

Next week, the theme is HEATWAVE! aka, it's cold and we need some summer colors in our lives.

I am at a friend's waiting out snowmageddon. When I get home to my nail polish remover I'll be all over red- and- sparkle-fying my nails
