I am so going to try those on! Every year I look for ankle boots without a heel (I have a casual job / like comfort), and can never find any I like. These are cute!

they are comfy. i have size 11 feet and really small ankles. i tried on a handful of boots & these are the only ones that did not leave enough room in the ankle to get my hand down into them.

you enablers!! this thread saved my butt, I am going on a trip next week that will have me in snow and in miami beach with craploads of walking in both places. I didn't get the monk strap boot, as it reminds me too much of an ex, I went back to clogs. Since when are there all these vegan clogs!!! WOW!

Finding boots is so tricky! I feel like I am trying to find a unicorn, for all the luck I'm having. I need black mid/just below knee length boots, maybe a heel. Something I can wear to work with a dress or suit and wear with jeans. I had the perfect pair that I'd gotten pregan but they wore out about 3 years ago so I've just been hunting since then. I love a lot of the boots posted in this thread, but they're mostly too casual for me to wear to work, unfortunately.

I bought a pair of Mohops clogs on cybermonday. All black. http://www.mohop.com/High_Ankle_Clog.html

And I got these with a gift certificate on Friday. http://www.mooshoes.com/brands/novacas/ ... vacas.html

I ordered some of the new clog Mohops during their sale too and keep checking my front porch to see if they've arrived. I'm so excited!

I considered the clogs for a minute but then I thought it was too risky in case they aren't comfortable or don't fit right. Please report back. I'm a city dweller, need to be able to walk in shoes.

The clogs are GORGEOUS and sturdy and beautifully made. They have a thick molded cushioned footbed on top of the wooden platform. I ordered the lowest height of the heeled model and am very happy with them--I wouldn't want to go any higher. They are deliciously comfortable and stunning. I am ordering another pair.

You got yours? Did you get the custom footbed? I'm still waiting for mine. Really hoping they come by Monday because I'm going away for three weeks.

I ended up ordering a pair of red sally's from NICORA, and sadly, they didn't fit right, so they went back. Pretty shoes, though!

I'm now also eyeing the mohop clogs! People still happy with their orders?

anyone have an experience with these guys: http://goldenponies.net/collections/oxfors-brogues
some of their shoes like pretty interesting. love the unique fabrics.

I have no idea where I'd wear them (okay, anywhere and everywhere), but I NEED those holographic shoes!!!

Oh, man. I had never heard of this place! So many cute shoes. I ordered the leopard oxfords last night and I'll report back once I get them. Those glitter Edie boots, though, man. I need to invent an occasion to wear those.

those look awesome, blondiefk! I've been eyeing a few bait styles, would love to hear how you feel about them! especially if they seem relatively sturdy and comfy..

Golden Ponies has an Etsy shop, if you want to read some reviews.

I bought two pairs of bait shoes for my wedding. My reception shoes were very similar to these: http://www.baitfootwear.com/#!product/p ... -fair-pink and they destroyed my feet. Tore the skin off in at least 4 different places. The saddle shoes I bought for the reception (http://www.baitfootwear.com/#!product/p ... -fair-pink) were not too bad, though. Not comfortable without an insole, but not torture devices. Neither pair is terribly sturdy - I don't wear them much because I know they won't last long. But sooooo cute.

Thanks for pointing out the etsy shop!

Your review of the bait shoes sounds like what I'd expect from looking at them!! Wish it was possibly to find sturdy comfy shoes that also looked fun (in this way) that were vegan!

Someone on my vegan shoe group on FB has the same style I bought in a different color and she said they were comfy. I'm not worried about durability - they are purple so I probably won't wear then that often anyway, I just wanted something pretty in a color other than black.

I am seriously considering the Edie glitter boots. Let us know how the oxfords go.

I read through some of their etsy reviews, and they aren't exactly glowing. That doesn't make me want the holographic shoes any less... just an fyi.

Probably going to get these pretty soon - I'm thoroughly certain that 'suede look' is not anything dead:

http://us.asos.com/ASOS-MATCHMAKER-Poin ... e89d82e193

I also really want these, but I dunno how well that flatform will flex to walk, and i'm a city-dweller, so I walk everywhere...:

Anyone with mohop clogs have further updates? Are they still comfortable and in decent shape after a couple of months?

I just sent back a pair of shoes from asos! They were a style I wanted exactly, seemed decently made - but were too big, alas. Those are definitely not real suede, gwenlet! good luck!

I also sifted through the comments. I wish there was a way to filter for just the product you are considering. Anyway, I ordered them, so in 6 weeks I should know myself!
