Slapper is so great (and has a fantastic formula)! I am so excited for everyone who picked it up today!

i expected to LOVE henley regatta, but it's so damn sheer. i mostly stick with bluey and do a once-over with henley.

I went to look at the site to see if base/top coats are included and found out that they cost more than the other polishes (like every other brand, I don't know why that didn't occur to me) so no. Boo. I'm torn because they have some unique colors but I have so much trouble with the two BL polishes I already have.

I couldn't resist! It'll be an amazing summer color. As long as I'm going to melt and have a migraine, I might as well have cute nails.

Black Knight looks awesome over Zoya's Keiko.

I rarely use glitters on their own. I'm planning to layer it over Slapper, which I think will look pretty awesome.

i always only use henley as a top layer (over bluey, and over zoya kristen, and over various navy blues so far). i didn't realize it was so sheer when i first bought it, either.

all the colors i wanted were sold out. :(

I did a mani with Zoya Vespa, and that texture absolutely skeeved me out! Two coats of Seche Vite and filing the grit off the tips took care of that, though. I really do love the color. Not sure if I'll get any more of these, though.

I have now bought a third storage unit for my polish. This will give me 9 drawers. This way, the drawers won't be crowded and different brands won't need to share the same row like they are now. Yes, I have a lot of polish!

I wore Slapper at my wedding a couple weeks ago...it matched the groom's tie.

I finally got a gel manicure yesterday and I'm so annoyed with myself. They didn't have the color I wanted and I let myself get talked into this old lady-ish frosty nude. It's very not me and now I'm stuck with it. I always panic when I have to pick a color. Too much pressure! I usually bring my own from home for this exact reason, but couldn't for this. Bah.

Overall, I really like the gel though! It was awesome to be able to dig in my purse for my wallet right after without forking my nails up.

Cool Pinko, what gel was it? I love that it's instantly dry because I'm super clumsy. Also the no chipping thing is pretty great.

I hate when I have to just pick a naff colour because I can't decide. I got talked into a 'popular' colour when I had Shellac done and I ended up kind of hating it. Although it only stayed on me for a couple of days anyway so I didn't have to look at it too long.

You can always add some glitter polish or another polish over the top if you get really sick of it (just use non acetone remover to take it off).

It was the CND stuff, which I know isn't actually gel, but that's what they call it at the salon. I might put some obnoxious glitter over it if I just can't get used to my granny hands.

Mineral Fusion, I don't know the color name but it's this gorgeous fuschia glitter. I tried their nail polish remover for the first time last night and it smells gorgeous and fruity. (Got at Whole Foods)

Ha! The reason I wore Slapper was that I was rebelling against the nude/ballerina slipper pink that you're "supposed" to wear at a wedding.

Love this so much. I'll probably do something similar if I ever get hitched again.

Also, I'm currently wearing Slapper with one coat of Henley Regatta, and I LOVE IT! I couldn't believe the BL formula - these are my first ones. Oh, I didn't need to know how good this polish is.

Love it. Most brides pick French for weddings, which is nice blah blah but boring!

The Chanel summer colors are making me gasp. Metallic peacock blue. Metallic green. and what looks like a neon pink glossimer. Now I'm glad I haven't bought anything since before Christmas.

They are also coming out with an extra pigmented version of Rouge Coco Shines. I really hope the formula is the same, because all the non red colors are vegan.

I saw the new peacock blue Chanel on Lisa Eldridge on one of her videos recently, it really is gorgeous. Their coloured mascaras look amazing too.

I got Disco Biscuit and I absolutely hate it. I looked up swatches beforehand but failed to read the part where the blogger mentioned how sheer it is. Four coats and I was still constantly picking the underside of my nails because it looked like something was under them because I could see the line.

I also got Branwen's Feather because I have so many freaking glitters, I haven't tried it yet but it's really pretty and I really hope I don't hate it because one more polish hate and i'm going to have to set a Butter London display on fire.

Oh no, Disco Biscuit is one of my faves. Mine either wasn't as sheer or my nails were really short when I wore it, which is quite possible since I file them down as much as possible.
