Hi There! I figured i'd use this outlet to promote myself and my store since it's here.
I run an on-line vegan store on Etsy. My post popular product has got to be the rainbow cookies. Who doesn't love rainbow cookies, I mean seriously?

I went to school to be a pastry chef (non-vegan curriculum :::boo hiss:::) and this is my little side project/baby.

I also sell my products out of a new vegetarian restaurant the opened on Long Island called L.I.V.E. - Long Island Vegetarian Cafe. Thats a mouthful, huh? No pun intended!
