I blogged yesterday and today, but I don't really have a plan for the rest of the month.

I have blogged, but I'm not sure my entries are particularly interesting...I need to dig through my months of un-used food porn so I can not worry about the writing so much and just be image heavy. I'm really enjoying my theme though...and this weekend I should have time to play in my kitchen, which I am so excited for :) I'm also loving reading everyone's blogs (not everyone...there are 700 to read...but the ones I've gotten to are awesome!)

I'm really glad I keep draft posts. Today I had a horrible migrane and just published something in the queue. A lifesaver!

I blogged yesterday, (my blog is Vegan for a Month.) I might've cheated today, but I'm not sure as I didn't read the ingrediant list for the soy latte I had, and who knows what they put in it for flavors, but other then that I've been right on track, and I even picked up two vegan cookbooks today, and I bunch of speciality products like nutritional yeast, vegan beef base, and Daiya cheese, which if I don't like, I think I'm done with vegan cheese.

Yes! Day 1 and 2 done! I live in the same time zone as London so I'm some hours ahead of most people and I like that, hehe.

I'm super duper excited about participating though! This is my first blogging adventure and I've gotten comments on my posts and that makes me so so happy. I even got mentioned on the first round up! That totally made my day!

Days 1-3 are done. I'm planning on writing two more on Thursday and then getting a few done during the weekend hopefully. Does anyone else get excited around the time their post are scheduled to publish or is it just me? Maybe it's vain, but I love seeing my blog all shiny with a new post.

The subject of the second post is simmering on the stove now. I swear I'll get better at planning these things in advance!

I'm like Queen V I wrote a lot of mine ahead of time to ensure that I can blog everyday for 30 days. I haven't counted up how many blogs I have pre-written but it should get me at least through this week and then panic mode sets in. First day of Mofo I announced the winner of a signed copy of my book, the second day (today) I did my patriotic duty and posted a recipe for a nice warm alcoholic beverage...oooohhh yeaaahhh

No, I'm afraid I am going to have to start tomorrow. I should have planned more.

BTW, I can't find the thread where you are supposed to list your blog name and URL if you are participating. I thought I saw it the other day.

I totally should've done stuff ahead of time. Whoops. So, of course I got sick on day 1, and even though I made some awesome soup, I couldn't get myself to sit at my computer with a migraine. It's up now, and I will not miss tomorrow!

The seitan for Day 2 is on the stove. I've never been good at planning.

I am really excited, I blogged yesterday about being a MoFo virgin and today about my wonderful pressure cooker and the bean soup I made with it.
