Well i cant wait to post my pumpkin brownies and yummy chocolaty and peanut buttery recipes on vegan mofo but i've got a problem.....fats are my diet's staple. I know they are good for you when eaten every so often but well....i just devoured 2 jars of peanut butter, one in pb-banana smoothie form and the other straight up with a spoon. So i'm going on a little cleanse for the next few days as much as it sucks.
Anyone have any tips to clean my body out?
