MoFo favourites thread!

I remember we had a thread last year in which everyone could post the most spectacular MoFo entries they had just spotted. I loved that; it made me feel I could never miss the most epic posts, and I loved seeing what everyone's favourite recipes and ideas were. Can we do this again? Here's a new thread. :)

I loved Kelly's Vida Vegan Con/west coast food wrap up post! But at the same time it made me sad that so much awesomeness is on the other side of the planet from here.

Yes, I was quite astonished to see so much German this year!
Erm, what I wanted to say: I can help! I might be on sick leave for a couple of days, and since you can't hear my wretched cough over the internet (much less catch any cooties), well... I might find the time to explain a couple of things, maybe even translate a whole recipe or two.

That looks delicious. I wonder if it would work with millet.
This has me thinking about what I might try for mofo next year: Star all the recipes that look good to me this year and try to deglutenize/de-soy them all for next year!
