So I did it right, it looks great, it has great texture but it is dry...I cooked it too long in the oven. So what now? Can I give it some broth to get it most again? What do others suggest?

Dice it and include in a casserole or other dish with lots of liquid. Or crumble it up in a food processor and use in a pasta sauce.

I steamed it for a bit with some water and soy then sauteed it in some olive oil. Mucho vegan gyros!
