I thought this looked like a nice simple recipe from a blogger I didn't know until today. It inspired me to look up some u-pick farms here and I'll be heading out this weekend to one.

I read so many great posts, today! Lots of really inventive recipes. The one I liked a lot today was a recipe for raw onion rings made with a food dehydrator.

I think she came up with that herself. I think her theme is creating new Engine 2-compatible recipes because there aren't enough in existence.

I can't stop thinking about this avocado bruschetta posted by Wholly Vegan. I really should buy avocadoes more.

I also love the all the food inspired by her daily dresses Erin of Meet the Wikos is coming up with!

I've found a lot of the recipes that are online are just dupes from the book.
