I made tomorrow's theme for dinner tonight and started a draft about it before it's even out of the oven - I'm feeling good (and crazy)!

I envy people who can write their posts ahead of time! I don't even know what I'm making one day to the next, at least most of the time. Also, there's the question of whether whatever I make will turn out well or not. I guess either way you do it, what matters is the food. I am becoming a better photographer - I can't see the point in blogging about making something if I don't include a picture of the finished product. My casserole dish will be famous one day! ;-)

I made black beans and rice last night and the photos came out looking like rice with poop. so tonight, I'll be making it again so I can reshoot. I am not posting pictures of poop on my blog.

I'm in the middle of crazy work season and busy Jewish holiday season. I am trying to post 2-3 posts a week, but not going to go all nutty about it. Reality is that I'm going to have fun with this and just post what I can. Definitely not every day.

I have made things but haven't had the time to do the blog posts, midterms are getting to me >.< I think I'll make up posts for all the days I missed and put them up once an hour so even though they weren't there, I'll have four (I started the 2nd due to an exam).

I have high hopes for next week though, only two shifts, and Thanksgiving!

I've got my fourth post of the week going up today, and then I set the weekends for off time/random posts. I'm glad most of my posts will be going through some back-log of projects and travel photos, because I just sent my new camera in for repair again. Fun stuff.

So far so good. I was a day ahead up through yesterday so today's post will actually have to be written today, but I hope to stay on track for the rest of mofo. Yay!

same here. on the weekend, I had to write the posts the day of. I'm going to try to write tomorrow's tonight so I can be caught up again. otherwise the posts won't be done until later in the day. I like to get them up in the morning instead.

I, um. I failed before it even started--this semester's just been wayyyy too crazy for me to MoFo! I didn't really think about that before signing up, because I was so excited about participating again and I had a super awesome theme (I even bought my case of ramen)... but then the first day came and I couldn't do it. Now every day I just keep looking at that unopened case of ramen, feeling guilty about signing up and not actually participating.

Glad to hear everyone else is doing pretty well though!
