My husband has stopped asking me what we're having for tea now. He just asks what stupid ingredient I'm using today, with a look of trepidation on his face.

I tried making Jackfruit pulled "pork" -- Not wild about it, but my husband loved it, especially with coleslaw in the sandwich.

OTOH, it did get make to make V'con's Backyard BBQ sauce, which I loved!
