anyone know what the tagging convention for posts this year is? i don't see anything anywhere. Last year it was "veganmofo 2009" is it "veganmofo 2010" or are we doing away with tagging every post this year?

Yeah, I think VeganMoFo is sufficient. Also, #veganmofo for twitter.

Thanks! I can't believe I've lived this long without those chips...

And I'm so happy to see that there are other people who are MoFo n00bs (and blog n00bs) like me. It's encouraging! I can't wait to see all the blogs.

I have had a blog for a year and only have 7 followers...and 2 of those are family. :) Your blog is really cute though, love the background, and I'm now following it. You're up to 13!

if you have blogger there is a stats built in. otherwise go to google analytics. you would be surprised how many people are probably reading. half might get there accidentally, but that's fine.

I think you'll find you gain some new readers simply by participating in mofo. Last year I participated for the first time and received a lot of comments from people I'd never seen around before. Once people visit once they'll probably continue if they like your style and content.

Just have fun with it and the readers will come.

this! times infinity. keep in mind many people just lurk, it's not that important about the actual following numbers.

i say this of course as a person who gets obsessed by numbers. seriously. think big, have fun in the process, and stay vegan.

Thanks, guys!

I hadn't realized how many new bloggers are out there, and that so many people are MoFo-ing for the first time like me. It's nice to know I'm not alone!
Now I'd better get going and start reading some MoFo blogs!!
