I try to do it the day of, but if it's dinner, then I feel rushed. I blogged earlier today about late breakfast but I might cooking somthing up in a bit and post it tomorrow. I like the idea of doing them ahead, but I am still a bit of a procrastinator.

During the week I make my meals a day ahead, usually right after work (and I eat them for dinner!). I'll do the actual blogging/posting on the day of on my lunch break.
