oooh that is very near my house! Life Cafe (on Flushing and Evergreen I think it is) has some vegan options, but mostly vegetarian, and not super awesome. Also, if you mean "breakfast" like at 9am, I don't think they are open that early. If you can get further into Williamsburg, Champs Bakery is now a veg diner apparently.

Lemme just say it's worth a venture into Champs. I swear, the place has made a complete deviation from what it was initially, with a full sitdown menu as well as a dessert showcase and counter-style seating. It's like a look into the past, but they have scones that you can get topped with jam and such, or cakes, cookies, muffins, and the breakfast menu includes pancakes, all at a very fair price. $4 for a short stack seems too good to be true but I would make the venture if you find the time.
