It's not a vegan place, but this mini-review took pains to mention vegan options, something rare in Voice restaurant reviews, or at least it used to be. I stopped reading. Anyway, the link:

I went there this weekend. It was awesome (fancier setting/more expensive than the reviews/menu make it sound though) - I shared the pickle plate (beets, sesame green onions and burdock), kale salad (with pomegranate and pistachio brittle), mushroom salad (sauteed mushrooms on greens with savory corn-pop tasting croutons - served with a red peppery sort of aioli and tarragon was involved somehow too) and had the spicy tofu buns to myself (not spicy at all, but tasty). I don't think there were any vegan desserts.

The kale salad was definitely the highlight - it was amazingly good. It's a really good place to go with omnis who are too skeptical to take to an all vegan place. The vegan options are really good but not 'weird' to non-vegans.

that's funny because all that stuff you describe sounds kinda weird to me! But potentially good weird.

ha, guess it depends on the omnis you keep company with. I just meant there's no fake meat or cheese.
