Hiya! Wondering if there's a vegan or vegan-friendly breakfast spot, perhaps close to 17th St. & 2nd Ave?

Some restos only open at 11 or so, we'll need some food about 9:30.

I'm not sure about a specific place, but bagel shops will be open that early and many of them have tofu cream cheese! also 'snice opens early and has breakfast wraps

I haven't been there yet, but Gustorganics isn't too far and they start serving breakfast at 8: http://www.gustorganics.com/
