My parents are fixing up what used to be my grandmother's rooms...they will be renting them out either by August or September. It's small, but it will have a new kitchen, the bathroom is still pretty much new, and a bedroom/living room/whatever. It comes with A/C and I would think heat, water and electricity will be included.
It's in Queens, DEEP in Queens, close to JFK Airport. The nearest subway is the A train, Rockaway Blvd. stop. Rent will definitely be below $1000.00
