Sea Shepherd Conservation Society's NYC chapter's first activist training is this Sunday!

Come learn about the dire situation facing the oceans, Sea Shepherd's campaigns to protect them, and how you can effectively educate others regarding this issue. This event is open to all, but please RSVP by sending an email to nyc@seashepherd.org.

WHERE: New York University, Kimmel Center, 60 Washington Square South, Room To Be Announced.

WHAT to bring: an open mind and and desire to learn more. If you are interested in purchasing any SSCS merchandise, please indicate what you are interested in and what size in your RSVP email. We will confirm that we have that item and bring it along. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

We got a room: 912 in Kimmel Center.

How much advance notice do you need for the RSVP? I'd really like to go, but I'm not 100% sure I can make it yet.

Probably up to (and including) the day before is fine. And I think we'll have enough room to let people in even if they don't RSVP. We just need a basic idea. Hope to see you there!
