You probably ate lunch by now, but I’ll chime in anyway.
I eat at a Crisp near work all the time; the one just South of Herald/Greely Square.
They have a few vegan options. The non-vegan ingredients to watch out for are cheese mostly and yogurt, and it’s only defacto on a few items. (Well, I never asked if their bread has whey, but their white wheat and whole wheat pita doesn't seem like that kind of quality.)
You can find their specific menus
here through the green text links.
Vegan
Casablanca, Authentic, Mexican (the pesto is vegan), Africa, (sandwich and bowls for all) Hummus, Morocco, Baja (bowls for those)
Not Vegan
Europa, Parisian, Athenian (sandwich and bowls) Acropolis (bowl)
The ingredients listings on the webpage seem pretty much accurate to my eat-in experience.
Their fries are good, just sliced fried potatoes in a little bag, but better to order them at the counter and get them hot.
