What is your favourite pizza place in NYC?

Has anyone been to Pala on Allen Street? I had a fab pizza at there last night.

I was with two friends so got to try a slice of theirs too, all very tasty but I luckily liked mine best. I had the Etna (with aubergine), the other pizzas were different but both had spicy sausage. The friend who lives locally said the broccoli pizza is the only one not worth ordering.

Vinnie's is my fave! The Mac Attack is amazing and I loved the BBQ Chicken too.

2 boots has two different vegan slices, I'm partial to the V for Vegan lately, and there's the long running Earth Mother. I go there often because of proximity, and I've liked Pala too, for a bit more upscale dining.

Vinnie's for me! I've never been to Paulie Gee's though. I never make it to greenpoint.

are there any all-vegan pizza places in NYC? I moved from Philly area last year and miss Blackbird.

We do two boots mostly because they deliver and oh man, I just tried the v for vegan for the first time last week. The pesto is so good. It may bump me from my long standing earth mother tradition.

I've never had two boots. I guess cause I've never lived near one? I dunno, but now I really want.

Paulie Gee's for a nice sit-down, Vinnie's for just a slice (or two.)

I went to Pala last year and had the pizza with potato and rosemary. It was good, but the potato slices were undercooked. I later wished I'd sent it back, because it would have been great without that issue.

I had a V for Vegan slice at Two Boots (at Grand Central Station) but it wasn't a patch on the Etna I had a Pala.
