The food line-up for this month includes a vegan burger deluxe platter (with or without vegan cheese + fries and coleslaw), crispy vegan chikkin’ tenders, Pittsburgh-style coleslaw, fries, hummus & pita, and good ol’ chips & salsa or guacamole.
Each purchase you make will benefit the Food Empowerment Project (FEP). Food Empowerment Project logo We will donate a percentage of all sales to FEP, which works to end environmental racism and bolster the rights of workers and animals. FEP encourages healthy food choices that reflect a more compassionate society by spotlighting the abuse of animals on farms, the depletion of natural resources, unfair working conditions for produce workers, and the unavailability of healthy foods in low-income areas.
Don’t forget to bring us your blankets and towels, cat litter, hard rubber dog toys, cat toys, pet beds, and so on and so forth! We’ll be collecting items for Animal Care and Control's Holiday Pet Supply Drive.
