So yeah, Valentine's Day is coming up. My boyfriend really likes dark chocolate and I want to get him something special. Any suggestions?

Cocoa V or Jacques Torres.

I emailed Jacques Torres and the following things are vegan:

The dark chocolate bark (dark chocolate with pistachios, almonds, and hazelnuts), the almondine chocolate bon-bon, the chocolate covered orange peels, and the orangette dark chocolate bar.

I've tried them all multiple times because I'm a Jacques Torres lover.
