that's not really what i was saying. i had no idea they were bleeding money. i saw it as them doing just fine monetarily, and skipping town because they wanted to live in california, or got offered an opportunity. not really holding up their end of the "agreement" (especially since we're not allowed to revoke it for personal reasons.)

Damn! I just went here yesterday to eat and it was shuttered. There is still quite a bit of stuff inside, like a bike and bunches of books. But it definitely looked closed. Bummer.
