Kinda a gut-buster, but yummy! I got mine with Daiya cheddar, spinach, and mushrooms. The large portion is huuuge and I can only eat so much super-melty Daiya in one sitting. This is something you can totally make on your own, but I like how they have a million options to add in and they will deliver to me.

Woah, that looks good! I'm adding that to my must eat list next time I come to NYC.

Whoa, that looks good. I practically never go to Brooklyn anymore, though, now that my sister isn't living there anymore.

I think we need to discuss combos. I had caramelized onions + sauteed shrooms + spinach, which in our world can be kind of boring. What have you guys tried? I want to taste what you have tasted in my own face hole.

i had the cheddar daiya with caramelized onions, vegan bacon & either mushrooms or spinach (or both, can't remember it was a month ago) it was fantastic. id totally go there again - they have vegan versions of all the meat choices, too.
i liked this so much more than the vegan mac at s'mac. theirs is coconut milk based for some unknown reason which gives it a kinda gross sweetness. it's like that time when you first made mac & cheese and used vanilla soymilk.. you know youve done it. but at least you learned your lesson.
