Thanks everyone.
My new job will be doing what I do now: working with individuals with disabilities. This job pays better, has a lower turnover rate, better bennies, and just a smart move in the long run.

Sounds like a lot of great new things for you, awesome news!
I'm originally from southwest michigan and have a cousin that is raising their children in Kalamazoo; the college promise is such a wonderful program.
