Haha I get very excited when I see cars with veg oriented stickers! I try to get in front of them so they can see my "eating meat is forking up the planet" sticker in the hopes they will be just as excited as I am.
wow. i am a creep.

Don't worry, I'm not dropping out. I'm a fighter. I'd love to have someone to do my homework for me, though. But I don't suppose anyone here can work with WordSmith...

I'm a also excited to meet real life vegans. Maybe too much.
I'm member of a local music forum and there are other vegans on it. I've never met any of them in real life so I've just attempted to get some of them round to my house by offering free vegan food. And now I've done it I've just realized how insane and creepy I am. I'm like a vegan stalker or like this lesson we had in primary school about people who offer you sweets (just say no kids). Oh dear.

I don't know what WordSmith is. crepe. Sorry. I'm so sorry- I all too clearly remember school pressure + lack of sleep + social life well, two of the three. It was rough.
Good luck! I think most vegans appreciate friendly intros to other vegans, so don't overthink it. It will be fine.
I've been vegan a little more than 10 years, but from not knowing anyone else who was vegan back then, I know hundreds now - and most aren't on the ppk. So I bet change is coming to the rest of the world too, and Portland is just a bit ahead of the curve.

Well. I went back to uni to do my PhD because I missed it, and ultimately because I found a topic to write on that means a lot to me. So I'm going to do this stupid course, and then we'll never talk about it again. Next semester I'm only taking Literature, I swear.
