My current roomie bought a new place.
He thought he was getting a place, and then it fell through, so I was all, "I think I'm staying here, then." Only then he closed on a different house today. So he's moving everything he can tomorrow, and then I'm doing panicked packing so I can get my stuff out by Sunday.
I'm losing my security deposit for sure. But the house will be larger/nicer.
