I'm taking Latin, US Western Women History, Women, Crime and Justice, Crime Analysis, and Homeland Security.
I might drop one of the criminal justice classes because the us western women class is my senior research class, which means I will be writing a 20 plus page research paper.

Yessssss. I'm somewhat jealous of your schedule. . . I want to take Farsi! I debated it for a few days, to be honest. I've wanted to take it for years, but they cut my state grant way down and I wasn't sure I could swing detracting from my major for a quarter. But I love languages and it seems like it would benefit me more than Shakespeare. And I need the general education credits, as I'm ten short anyway. And, as a side note, apparently the Rosetta stone for Farsi kicks asparagus, according to my Iranian friend. So if you ever want to go that route!

You can't tell by this list, but I'm mostly a Communication/Journalism major. The department just decided they weren't going to offer any useful classes this semester.

My spring term is mostly clinical practice, only three weeks are actually in school! I'm doing somatic nursing first (9 weeks) and then psychiatric nursing (eight weeks part time or four weeks full time). The stuff we're doing right now is in preparation for that. Really looking forward to doing some "real work" (even though there is a big difference between being a student at the hospital and actually working there).

The boyfriend is returning to school at CC, and he's so nervous that I promised I'd tutor him. I'm really excited to tutor someone in writing...I'm a nerd.

Yaaay this thread! I've been wanting to find it but I never could (apparently I suck?). Next semester I am taking:
Evolution Conservation Biology Environmental Microbiology Japanese Religions Death & Dying
As of today I am officially double majoring in Biology and Religious Studies. I think that the new semester will be great, and hopefully my grades will be good enough to snag an interview for vet school.

Just out of curiosity, what made you decide to double major in religious studies? It's an interesting combination.

Next semester I'm taking: Network Programming & Applications - hopefully. I'm waitlisted. If I don't get in, I can't graduate on time. Network Architecture & Prototyping Systems Software
The first two are in my area of specialty and I'm looking forward to them. The third one is just an extracurricular, and not one I probably would have picked, but it fit nicely into my schedule.
It's looking like next semester is probably going to be a lot of math and programming and not a lot of writing and after this semester I'm like, hallelujah.

Aww this thread always makes me sad because we're on trimesters. But in winter term I get to take
Advanced Quantum Mechanics Topics in Classical Mechanics Introduction to Modern Research (astrophysics required course) Medieval Romance Introduction to Economics Comparative Politics
Light on the science, heavy on the getting social science requirements out of the way (I will be exercising the pass/fail option to its maximum extent on econ and politics). Leaves lots of time for fun medieval things!

spring semester is my final semester of undergrad!!!
-majors studio (pretty much a self-directed studio time with professors available to chat if necessary) -bookbinding -"senior synthesis" aka "oh my god how the fork do I write a fine arts thesis?" -psych 101 (don't ask, I needed another liberal arts credit and had used my 3 and 4 hundred level psych classes for other credits)
and that is IT!!! I scheduled my life so I would only have to take 4 classes the final semester, so I could be spending most of my time getting a body of work together for thesis!!!! eeeeee
so excited
I've been trying to get a bfa for so long, been to so many different schools. awesome. finally stuck around in one place long enough to do it!
