We took in a rescue hamster and she is so cute I could die.

All my clean laundry is folded! And I don't have copious amounts of dirty laundry to do. This equals an excellent day, in my opinion.

We had the sweetest moment with my boyfriend today. We were chatting in the morning, then stopped for a few hours, and then we both started writing to each other again at the same time. And we both said we missed the other and wanted to do something about it, and while he was typing "but I have a critical laundry situation" I was typing "I can help you do the laundry". Awwwwws all around. We just think the same at the same time so often, it's like magic. So the bottom line is, we will see each other tonight already! Yay!

Accidentally slept for 11 hours last night and I feel awesome.

This is the best thing from a few days ago. I found out about this app called 30/30, and it helped me be way more productive on my day off than I've been in a long time.

Today: Stupid all-store meeting at 6.30am meant I was off work at 2! I took the best nap and I'm still laying around. It's so comfy in here!

There's a new app that got rolled out today called "happier" or something (the Chief Tech Officer is someone I know from my workout tribe) and it's awesome! Makes me think about things that made me happy every day. Best part of my day. :)

I gave blood and did the paperwork to donate plasma next time!

My weighted blanket arrived! Makes such a huge difference with anxiety- my tremor was gone within minutes and I felt so much more relaxed.

Amazing coworker day! My boss offered me some gorgeous hand-me-downs (not even really used--she just thinks she has gained weight). I feel a little guilty accepting them, but they are all pieces I can really use. Another coworker gave me the cutest little cat dish he made in his first pottery class, for Madame Puddington. My workplace isn't perfect but there sure are some kind people there.

I got offered a pay rise! And my boss said lovely things, and we talked about possibly adding some interesting new duties on to my job in the future.

Booked a tattoo appointment and the artist is super excited about the piece. It makes me feel really good about it too!

I think so? I can ask the guy I know why. I think the only way I've seen it interact with FB is that it pulls my friends who are also on Happier off FB and lets me connect with them.

Also, I got an email from a friend with a video greeting from my dad .... in Trivandrum (South India)! My dad is so cute! India makes him look years younger than he actually is. I haven't heard much of him in the past few months because he's travelling all over the place, mostly where there isn't internet, so this was such a sweet surprise.

Yoga! I also went to my favourite cafe and had probably the best granola I've ever had, with this coconut yoghurt that I'd heard heaps about but could never justify paying $13 per tub for. It's pretty awesome!

I just spoke to my sister for the first time in a month (she is in Papua New Guinea for two years). It was lovely, so I will forgive her for waking me up at 6.30 because she had forgotten the time difference.

Omg super heartwarming messaging with my super close friend (the one who left to California this Thanksgiving). <3 missss him but yay.
