Breakfast at Bouldin Creek Cafe! Tofu scramble, sweet potato pecan tamales, tofu bacon, mimosa, and an iced soy latte with lots of espresso. Well, I guess it was brunch, since we didn't get there 'til 4 or so. So good!

I just got a (very rough) draft of my big paper proposal done! Baby steps. I have an idea of where I'm headed with this project and that's pretty good.

Molly snuggles! I thought she would be mad because I couldn't come upstairs to see her yesterday, but instead she is so sweet and doesn't want away from me. She is plastered against my cheek, taking a nap with one foot on my chin. I'm not allowed to move or breathe too heavily.

Morning sex, sunshine, making waffles with Mr Moon and laughing way too hard during. I've just been in an all around good mood too. Which is nice because haven't had much of that lately.

I slept in, drove to a motorgymkhana event in Germany; had lots of fun with the motorbike there and was able to test how much top speed my winter bike had left over on the autobahn.
(118 mph on the gps while factory spec says 124mph, not bad seeing it's 22 year old)
It was a good day and now I'm so incredibly tired.

i got to watch my spouse play in a hockey game this evening. it's been years since i've been to a game of his (he insists people don't watch his adult league games, but tonight my presence was requested) and it was so much fun to watch him play & have fun!
