I hit on a stranger for the second time in my life last night and I just found her on Facebook like she told me to but she's engaged. Boo!

I couldn't find a corkscrew to open up a bottle of wine that I planned to cook with so I asked my husband if he had a multitool or something. My husband thought the wine was too good to cook with but I was like what else are we going to do with it? Anyway, I found a corkscrew, opened up the wine, poured a little in a glass, took 1 sip, gave it to my husband, who took a few sips and we both got a little tipsy. From a couple sips. Yeah, the wine is for cooking now.

To be fair, Facebook says I'm engaged to. Sadly, I doubt Interrobang?! will ever move to this side of the world to make me an honest woman.

I contracted ringworm from a patient, and it's spread from a small spot on my arm to a larger spot on my side, where my arm touches. I keep making jokes about it but I am so intensely disturbed that there is a fungus growing in my skin! Supposedly it takes at least two weeks of treatment to clear up.

Ack! I caught it as a child, had a huge big patch on the back of my knee, covered about 1/4 of my leg, it was horrible! I hope it eases for you soon!

I wish! Most of the people in the class are ESL so the teacher is going through it verrrrry slowly.

No, the vet is closed today. The vet said that if Tegan got worse today, we could call her cell and she would open up the clinic for us and take x-rays. Tegan isn't really worse, she just isn't better. She seems to be more congested at night, so she doesn't sleep, which means she is absolutely exhausted during the day. And she obviously feels queasy. Not sure if that is from the meds or from being sick. She isn't vomiting or having diarrhea, but she doesn't want to eat. She basically just follows me around, looking miserable.

Dang fezza, that sounds terrible! Thank you for the well wishes. I'm trying to use this as a learning opportunity, and I'm going to do a skin scraping and learn to identify the spores under a microscope. And then have a picture to go with my concerns of the pestilence festering on my skin.
