The pejorative use of the word "rhubarbed" isn't the original meaning, either.

I am aware of that too. And I will continue to use words that I enjoy that aren't used in a pejorative way.

That's a pretty good policy. I wish people would stop turning good words into pejoratives!

weiner dog?

You could paint it on a weiner dog but it's short hand for documentation. Generally, it's paired with "or STFU" but that's kinda rude.

Perhaps an exploding dictionary ap for those so called smart phones. If you use one of my favourite words to put someone down the phone will register the tone of voice and then explode rendering the user lost and clueless without their where am I ap and unable to text for help. They will eventually stumble into a ringworld and be forced to listen to Jedward for eternity.

New roommate moved in today y'all. He's awesome. I'm stoked! Totally way more comfortable from a social angle than our last one. Just feels, from both ends I think, like an easy going chill time. Woot.

I took my dog to go visit our llama friends, but we walked all around the stupid estate and couldn't find them. Very disappointing!

I was trying to figure out what to do with a shiitake ton of lentils that have been sitting in my cupboard for ages, and Isa posted a recipe for lentil soup that used the lentils I'm trying to use up and a bunch of stuff I just bought at the store! Score! I'm 10 minutes away from eating it.

I was sooooo excited about a batch of blueberry muffins. They looked so nice and puffy in the oven. When I took them out, they sunk and were underbaked. It made me super sad. So, like a vulcher, I picked off the edible tops (from the whole batch!!!) and all of the blueberries from the insides and ate them. And now I feel sick.

It was pathetic.

This was amazing. Best lentil soup I've ever eaten.

I finally watched Forks over Knives and Vegucated.
And I'm annoyed with 4OD lagging and making shows difficult to watch.

I heard! It's... anticlimactic. I'm a "finalist," which means that they want to give me a job, but they need to wait and see if they have a position for me. They're trying to find me a placement, but it could be anywhere from two to ten weeks before I know for sure. So, on the one hand, I get the ego boost that I made it all the way through the process and they want to keep me. On the other hand, I was hoping for something a little less nebulous and uncertain to come of it. Argh!



I can't wait to make the soup! I just saved the recipe to my recipe folder so I can make it. It looks SO GOOD.

I am so incredibly nackered from sleeping way too little and accidentally messing with my medication, so I decided to not go to school today and Elizabeth Taylor this one out by wearing sunglasses inside the house.

Furthermore, I feel significantly better since I came up with the verb 'to Elizabeth Taylor' to describe this crepe day.

I'm not panicking yet but with all the news of sequestration, my head is hurting. Normally, I don't worry but with getting an 'ok' review this year, I'm less in the clear than I would be.
