Happy Birthday RC! Absolutely people have to listen to you on your birthday.

Tonight I will be finishing up a presentation on lumbar back pain for Monday that I procrastinated all week.
Good times.

Biker boy and I are cookin' up some tofu and quinoa and veggies and watchin' some tv. But we're doing it at his house so it totally counts as going out.

Made falafel mix to cook tomorrow. Strawberry Banana bread in the oven. Considering Celeb Apprentice. I already went to the gym so this is probably it for the night.

Cutting and pinning fabric to make curtains. Now that everything is laid out on the floor, I don't feeeeeel like sewing anymore. But I will probably finish them anyway while watching Food Network on YouTube and thinking about how I wanted to go to Whole Foods and get takeout, but it's too snowy. Then maybe making something noodle-y and saucy.

I'm finishing up Urban Masses and Moral Order in America, so it's kinda wild, because I'm reading about people that hate things like prostitutes and drinking and not having civic pride and stuff.

Thanks everyone! I got my mom to take me to dinner. Then one of my friends texted me when we were at the restaurant, saying she would take me to dinner, so now I get to go out to eat on Sunday too! It's almost like having a real social life!

Now I'm back at home, burrowed in a pile of blankets and drinking tea, which is my normal Friday night activity.

I tried to nap to get rid of a headache, but was too restless to stay in bed. Now I am making bean & guacamole tostadas and chilling sangria. Also I am officially on holiday for the next 238 hours, give or take a few minutes.

Happy birthday, raspberrycomplaint!

I'm studying for a midterm I have tomorrow morning. Individual taxation! (I'm working on becoming a CPA.) I know you guys are fascinated by the subject and want to chat endlessly about it, but it's just going to have to wait until after the exam.

I took a hot bath and ate an avocado. At the same time.

Made some beanballs from VCON, played some WoW and I'm in the middle of baking the apple peanut butter caramel bars (also from VCON) for my cousin's birthday party tomorrow. Good times!

We ate split pea soup and fell asleep in front of a movie: things are crazy around here!

Neil DeGrasse Tyson was on Science Friday AND Real Time With Bill Maher on the same day. I had like an hour and forty minutes of NDT. Best Friday, ever. (except he should have gotten to talk for the entire hour on Real Time.)

Other than that, spending time with the family, cooking, and worrying about schoolwork sums up my crazy friday.

I worked extra late, then heated up some frozen black bean soup and we watched 3 episodes of Shaun the Sheep!

I'm gonna nap, have a crazy unhealthy dinner, and then soak in the bath with a fantasy novel. Possibly watch some Gilmore Girls or Battlestar Galactica. Possibly (but probably not, let's be honest) do some grading.

WILD AND CRAZY.

I was supposed to go climbing, but after riding my motorcycle all afternoon in the rain (picked it up and took it in for a minor repair) I decided that I didn't want to ride in the rain again to get to the gym.

So I'm sitting at home, alone. I'm going to reorganize my drawers and figure out more shiitake to get rid of. Maybe watch a movie. And if I'm really motivated I'll make a healthy dinner using the stove instead of eating a sandwich like I did for breakfast and lunch!
