I was in bed by the time you started this thread.

Coffee and cinema with a friend, The Ides of March, ok but kinda dull.

Tonight is tucked up in bed with a hot water bottle and staring back at all the guys staring on Match. Everybody is on tonight!

Welllll, don't just stare at 'em!

But they're staring at me!

I'll probably be asleep by 8 o clock tonight.

I made the red wine simmered seitan from Vegan Soul Kitchen. I have never cooked with alcohol before and assumed that cooking it means all the alcohol gets cooked out, but then it occurred to me to actually look that up and...haha, whoops, maybe that's not true. I never drink alcohol because I'm extraordinarily sensitive to any kind of odd substance, so I'm guessing the amount that for most people would be like "meh that's not big deal" is probably going to affect me a lot more. I literally got tipsy off a glass of kombucha once, and I hardly even drank any of it. I can't even drink decaf coffee because it has way too much caffeine for my poor weird sensitive body.

So, my Friday night may turn out to be much more wild'n'crazy than expected.

I wrapped Christmas presents I bought for my sister's family. I don't remember what I ate for dinner. Oh yeah... tortilla chips and bean dip. It was really sad! I went to bed at like 8. I didn't get to Skype or anything with my boyfriend, he is in Hong Kong right now, lucky.

I bought the Harry Potter 7.2, then I dyed my hair while listening to "How I long to feel that summer" by Gorky's Zygotic Mynci, then organized my cds (yes I still listen to cds) and realized I lost Gorky's first 4 albums in my last break-up, then ordered the missing ones plus Jonny (Euros Childs new project with Norman Blake). Now I'm listening to Gorky's on YouTube while PPKing.

So exciting! I do download music too, btw, I just like having cds too, especially when they are second hand and cost less than (legal) downloads anyway. I'm old!

I am making red wine & kalamata tempeh from AFR and playing Dragon Quest IX. Woo.

Currently we are reading to the Emperor, who will be asleep soon. He's definitely not feeling well, and has diarrhea. :( Poor tiny guy.

Once he's in bed, Coldandsleepy and I will play Skyrim, separately, her on the Xbox and me on the PC. She will have headphones on. It's kind of sad and kind of cool all at the same time. We're both feeling a bit unwell too, so I suspect that she'll be asleep around 9:30 or 10 and I'll go to bed not long after...

I am going out later...but right now I'm trying to cram an hourish of portfolio work in before I do. Being a workaholic is sayud.

made cookies, watching west wing, drinking vodka soda and eating biscoff spread.

Watching my second Harry Potter movie of the evening and eating my second dinner (first was a frozen Amy's wrap, second is Leahy's mac 'n' cheeze... healthy!) Texted with biker boy, then talked to him on the phone because he was off this evening doing a bunch on planning crepe for his cycling team's party tomorrow. Now I'm just feeling sorry for myself because I miss him tonight. Wild 'n' crazy!

I spent the evening traipsing around the internet and eating too much food. Discovered a new show (the British Sherlock one) to watch when I have (very rarely) time. It's been amazing to do nothing.

I survived the red wine. Now I'm playing "Little Lion Man" on my guitar over and over again and making myself cry because this song is just so forking intense and awesome.

Doctor Who, PPK and then bed for me. I have to be up at 6:10 am tomorrow! (I'm actually looking forward to it, I love walking to the train early every once and a while.

I sat around waiting for my bread dough to rise. Very exciting!

Friday night is QI night.

I've been awake for ages so I'll still count now as Friday night. Mostly I read comics and ate some Cake 'n Beans. I also went to that logic puzzle site and spent 56 minutes doing one puzzle. Either I'm way out of practice on those things or age is dumbing me up but good.

I made weird white bean cutlets while we watched the hockey game, which got kind of exciting in the third period. Then we played with Buhbah and did a round of Arkham Horror. In bed by 10:30.

Last night it was almost like I had a social life. Vegan Happy Hour, got home late, it was delightful and fun.

Tonight, however, will be super wild and crazy--working on my NaNoWriMo and playing videogames. All in jammies and no makeup. Yesssss the fancy life.

Last Friday night I made a kick asparagus tester recipe and my partner and I devoured it while sitting on the couch watching Washington Week in Review. Then we went to bed early.

I've been sick. I stayed home from work today and slept until 3pm. I've been in bed interneting for a while. Skype is being a bisque, but I want to chat with pplz. Wahh.
