I'm trying to make vegan challah and I cleaned my entire apartment, and I went and drank coffee at 11:30pm. party hard.

Worked until 9, then went to T's house to drink wine and watch We Are Marshall on the teevee and talk about totchos. Managed to stay awake until midnight to tell him happy birthday, then promptly fell asleep on the couch.

I was going to go to a singalong thing that I was really looking forward to, but I was feeling kinda lazy and decided not to go. Bad choice, right? Wrong! As soon as I'd firmly committed to my evening of sitting around in my sweatpants, a friend called wanting an emergency bodywork session and was willing to pay me extra if I were available immediately. I WIN! And friend brought me cookies! Then I spent the rest of the evening watching Angel and crocheting with PPKchat in between.

What with NYE earlier this week it doesn't even feel like Friday night!

I'm doing my cat sitting rounds then going to a friend's to borrow a Dustbuster and some laundry soap then home to drink nog and rum and watch Frances Ha.

Sick at home on the couch with strep throat, wooo! My sweetie got me coconut water and reheated soup and is making me a tofu sandwhich to go with the soup, then we'll probably snuggle on the couch and watch X-Files or a movie if we can ever decide on a movie to watch. Not to bad a Friday night, really.

Holding a wee ice pack on Molly's swollen eye. It's even harder than it sounds. She seems ok now but I'm thoroughly traumatized.

I am so glad it's friday! It feels like this week has dragged on forever. I think I am just going to lie here wrapped in my electric blanky and try not to fall asleep before 10!

Worked until 9:15, ate a clementine, sort of half watching a Batman movie with dad. In a moment I'm going to let the dogs out and then maybe an episode of Skins on netflix to get me to sleep.

Date night is a thing of the past now that I work Fridays until 9pm…so we drank wine on the couch and watched Seinfeld and at some point I guess I fell asleep because I woke up in the middle of the night there.

We aren't sure. I posted about the saga in the yard random thread. We went to the vet this morning and just got home. She is doing ok though.

It's only Friday afternoon here technically, but I'm working remotely and will continue to into the evening. Then I plan to go to bed at like 9 p.m.! It's going to be intense, guys.

My dad and I are going to go get Indian food and then probably go to Bed Bath & Beyond. If he ever decides to wake up from his nap.

Cut up a humungous pumpkin. Three boxes of pieces straight into the freezer (for use in soups or smoothies), roasted 2.5 boxes worth for pies, made two different curries, and still have some left. Think I'm going to make chutney with the final slice.

Earlier I played Boggle and lost 8 out of 9 games.
