Chopped canned pears with hummus, the perfect balance of sweet & savoury.

Add frozen peas or chickpeas to a blended soup before reheating, little pops of heaven in your mouf.

TVP bits added to ramen noodles makes it more nutritious and protein-dense, I did this all the time in college, haha.

Always have frozen vegetables on hand to throw into pre-made things that end up being too saucy, soupy, or salty - and you're getting more nutrients this way to boot!

Oh yes and buying TVP and re-hydrating it yourself is way cheaper (and more tasty) than buying those store bought crumbles.

Any combination of hummus and/or nooch and/or avocado can be put atop toast, and it will be delicious.

Also, garlic and Bragg's on everything (everything savory, that is. . .)
