I had some sourdough toast this morning, with EB, garlic, pepper, and microgreens. Seriously, I don't think I want to eat anything else ever again.

It's been a dream of mine for years to open a Tea & Toast café. No scones, bagels, biscuits, or other breadstuffs allowed. Toast for all, with a variety of sweet and savory spreads.

My high school renamed their french fries "freedom fries". The students all thought it was stupid and refused to call them that, but they were listed as freedom fries on the menu. In the mornings when the secretary did the school announcements over the PA system, she would say "today's lunch includes freedom fries!", and since french fries were served every day, we had to listen to her excitedly announce the presence of "freedom fries!" on a daily basis. So stupid.

Toast is my favorite food. Salad is my other favorite food. They go great together.
You know what the best toaster in the world is? A grill. Lightly oil or EB any slice of bread that you like and throw it on the grill for the most amazing pice of toast of your life. You can top it with grilled veggies or grilled tofu for more awesomeness or just enjoy it in it's simple grilled toast amazingness.

Oh. My. Vegan. Goddess.
At a private party yesterday I had the best toasted bread ever. Olive ciabatta rubbed with olive oil and garlic, then toasted.
