My name is Nummers. I just can't believe I'm on the new ppk! Quick filter check: fork bisque crepe asparagus. If the new filters are the same, that's also what I had for dinner tonight.

eta: They're the same!!! But, I actually had Thai curry for dinner.

What am I wearing? Baby-tiger dress (as seen in the what are you wearing thread on the old boards) plus stirruped leggings--who would have ever thought they'd be back in?

What is my real name? j-dizzle.

Something about tots? I...had them once.

I'm sad to see people have changed their names. I fear I'll never figure out who you are!

Finally my j-dub question is answered! I wondered if you'd change your name since you sorta kinda didn't pick this one. Or at least rued the day you picked it. [I do not like the new smilies.]

Yeah, turns out it's grown on me, plus it has nice variations such as Dubs and Dubz.

Here is a fun, introductory fact about me: when I was two I was staying at my aunt's house. I went to the bathroom and took foreeever, so my aunt came in to check on me and found me slumped over asleep on the toilet. She did what any good aunt would do and ran to get her camera. Unfortunately the picture has apparently been lost to the ages. Alas!

I live! Tots are meh. Waffle fries reign supreme in the battle for fried tater greatness.

I'm only a fan of Cylindrical Carbohydrate Cartridges.

I'm MeShell and I'm still wearing my pajamas. I'm also pleased that the filters have remained the same. forking bisques. <3

I registered just so no one else could get their grubby paws on my username and appropriate my personal brand. Took years of arch dismissiveness to get here and I'm not gonna part with such a legacy. That's pretty much it.

Have been enjoying The PPK as a guest for quite a long time, and now seemed the time to come out of the guest/lurker closet.
Many thanks for all of the great information, inspiration and laugh out loud moments.

Oh hi! I'm jojo & I was jojo on original PPK too, I do have a snazzy new avatar (inspired by Desdemona) which I feel sums up my ridiculousness more than badgers ever did. I'm tired because I just got back from Vienna this afternoon, I'm wearing my pyjamas and I just had take out for dinner.

Also, I am mildly irritated that my husband joined the new forums as Mr Jojo a whole minute before I managed to register!

Oh, hello! I don't know that I ever posted in the original intro thread. I was going to change my name but then got over-excited about being able to join this brave new world before I had a chance to think of one, so here I am. I just got in from having dinner with another ppk-er who I hope hasn't gotten lost trying to find her way back to the station. I had the aubergine bake. Now I just need to find a new avatar.

Long time lurker, rare poster. I've resolved to post more but we'll see how long that lasts. I've been a Papa Tofu kick lately. For lunch I had Stuffed Tofu Pockets and a Grandma Millie's Oh Henry bar. Thank you Kittee!

My kids spelled out "Mom loves tofu" on the refrigerator with the alphabet magnets the other day. I was so proud.

Hi everyone!

I was mostly a lurker on the old boards and thought now would be a good time to join in the fun. I'm an
undergrad student in Southern California majoring in philosophy and I like my tater tots with a ridiculous amount of ketchup.

I'm Alanna! I like plants, pumpkin pie, kale, and apple cider. I have curly hair. I'm going to try to post prolifically on the new PPK, but I'm already behind and should be doing homework.

Hello PPK forum! This is cool... All shiny and new.
My name is Chris (and I'm a female), and feel free to call me by my name or by CNA. I'm wearing a black shirt, black jeans, red shoes. I live in a basement so I don't get much sun. My social security # is abcdefg000000. My favorite color is black, and my second favorite color is red.

I went vegan 4 years ago and I love it. Yay VEGAN! I've always loved baking sweets, even though sugar+wheat+and fat = bad digestion for me. I also love anything fried (that's vegan), so I absolutely love tater tots.

Anyway, HI EVERYBODY!

Hi everyone!
Like some of the others, I was an ultra-lurker for way too long on the old boards! I feel like now is a good time for me to start actually contributing instead of just reading about everyone else's bodily functions. I'm hoping to just sneak in and pretend like I was here all along...

Also, I am definitely pro-tots.

Hi. I originally registered because that was the only way you could use the search function. I really like reading posts and looking at food pictures, but I'm not much of a forum-posting person myself. The new forum looks great, though! Sometimes, my entire dinner will be nothing but tater tots with sriracha ketchup. Healthy!

Hi I'm Randi! Nice to meet you all.

Naaaahhhht.

New boards scare me so far. I had to the the spybot catcher/code ID thingy 6 times before finally getting it. Thanks.

I kept my Bjork avatar bc I think everyone should keep their same avatar. It makes it easier for me, and that matters sometimes.

OMG there are FONT COLORS???
I like the new boards.

Hey! I'm Kristina, but I usually go by k or kara on the interwebs.

Pretty stoked for the new boards. I don't think I ever posted on the old ones--simply lurked around a bit. It can be a little intimidating to just jump into a well established community.

Here's to hopefully, possibly, maybe posting more!
