Hi, I'm Crescent. I lurked almost daily on the old boards but never posted. I'm hoping to change that, as the only other vegan I know is my husband.

I like to read and write, and am currently gearing up for National Novel Writing Month in November. Anyone else do NaNoWriMo?

Also, I am wearing flannel and eating chocolate chips for dinner. Because I'm classy like that.

Hi! I'm Megan. I am a grad student in San Diego. Right now I am watching my beloved Phillies and eating tofu pups slathered in mustard. All this talk of tots is making me hungry, but there is no food in my house because I am going to Texas tomorrow. I hope there is food for me there.

I registered on the old boards almost a year ago and I've been a lurker before that. I hope I will get more than 6 posts this time around. The PPK makes being vegan so much more awesome!

hi :) i'm jane. i was very new on the old forum, so i guess i'm still new here. i'm not sure what a tater tot is. is that because i'm australian? i'm pro-almost-all-american-seitan-pot-pie, if that helps any. and i'm wearing a purple top covered by a brown pixie waistcoat (complete with pointy tails and a hood lol), a purple tie-dyed skirt and forest-coloured tie-dyed flares. as hilarious as that sounds, it is what i am actually wearing.

Hi, I'm Antlers and I've been lurking around the PPK for about 3 years, though I never joined 'til now. I figured the move seemed like a good opportunity to finally sign up! I'm vegetarian, but I'm really interested in vegan food. I live with my partner, who's also vegetarian, and we have a pet rat named Plumcot.

Oh, and I could really go for some tots right now!

Hi PPK! I'm also a long time lurker hoping to start posting regularly, and I am also covered in cat hair as I browse the PPK hoping for a call from my temp agency offering me some low paying, non-stimulating work. Some facts-I live outside of Chicago, love books & libraries, tea, ethnic food markets, walking, cooking & eating vegan food, microbreweries. Oh, and also my cat & husband. And lots of other stuff too.

There are sweet potato tots? Where does one find these? The things I have learned on the PPK.....

Yet another lurker here, trying to be less (or more?) creepy by posting finally. I always vote pro-choice and pro-tot, and I'm wearing plaid. I'm not sure how I feel about that.

Hi all! Another person who has been lurking for far too long. I've been vegan for almost 3 years and live in Florida w/ my hubby, 5 cats, dog, parrot, pig, and 4 chickens. Oh, and I'm pro-tot, with ketchup and malt vinegar.
