Pushkin - not sure about the plaid? Is it the plaid itself or the fabric or the season or what? It's a plaid dress. I love looking at it, but wearing it I feel a little Old MacDonald-y.. if Old MacDonald had worn dresses. Maybe he did.

I'm Sara (new to these boards but not the ppk boards in general). A native Missourian (we have wonderful Autumns!) who is obsessed with dogs, photography, and all things sweet. I'm more like someone's grandma than a twenty-five year old.

Also, hi I'm Everything. Always have been, always will be. I really like the ppk and am taking this opportunity to be a little more involved.
GET READY.

Ok, well I'll be serious for once right now. Don't ban me already!
So, I'm a grad student in biology and park ranger and I will be moving to Asheville in a month!
I joined the old boards in 2006 but my posting increased exponentially when I started grad school. I don't know what that means once I actually finish grad school...

I'm a student who should really be studying more. I currently live off homemade chocolate and tabasco biscuits. I haven't really tasted the tabasco yet so I'm worried I mixed it badly and it will all be in one very fiery biscuit!
My favourite colour is purple. I'm from the UK.
Are tater tots an American thing?

Hi. I mostly lurked in the old forums. I like almost all potato/sweet potato products, except sweet potato casserole with marshmallows. I cannot get on board with that. I live in Denver, which is a pretty alright city for being vegan.

I'm a new member but I've been a lurker on the old ppk for ages, mainly because I'm ridiculously shy. I've also made almost every recipe in the Veganomicon but lost to the one's that have ingredients I can't find here in Norway, so now I'm moving on to VwaV! Because of this new phase in my life I thought I should join the new boards.

I was also new on the old boards and figure I am still new here as well.
I am in my 40s and am a stay-at-home mom to 4 kiddos - nearly 18, almost 16, almost 14 and 10. I have a great hubby who has a crazy job and works bizarre hours but that enables me to stay home which I love.
I love TV, movies, books, cooking, reading these boards and veg blogs and learning new things - like about sweet potato tots! Where in the world can I find these?
And, as you can tell, I am extremely pro tot!

Hello there. I am Natalie, married, ukulele-ist, bookworm, my favorite color is green and the "P" key has been missing from my laptop for 2 years now. It is still functional, however.
As for the tots, they are a no go for me. I am down with any other form of spud though. Word.
